We are not a fast food restaurant. Your meals are prepared for you while you enjoy your surroundings and company.

Good food takes time and your patience is appreciated.

Our menu is designed for you to enjoy three courses of expertly prepared food although the servings may be slightly larger than city restaurants; they are not as bulky as “pub grub”

Typically the chefs spend around seven hours per day preparing for a three hour dinner service. Menu items are prepared on site from scratch, the breads, sauces, the pesto and pastas are all hand made.

Our seafood is sourced locally where possible even though the cost is substantially higher than imported products. We feel the local product is far superior to most imported stock.

Our garden is a fantastic source of fresh produce bursting with flavour. Herbs and salad greens are grown in season, also limes, paw paw, lemons, oranges, figs, and passion fruit. Locally grown produce has a unique “Pilbara” flavour especially the herbs.
